Here at Patty's Gluten Free Pantry, we use only the finest all natural ingredients to create for you and your family delicious, easy, gourmet baking mixes that are: Gluten free, Wheat free, Soy free, Nut free, Dairy free, Casein and Maltodextrin free.                                                             

We have been a wheat free household, following a gluten free diet scince 2006. We know that finding a variety of quick and tasty wheat free desserts and baked goods when you or someone in your family has Celiac disease, wheat allergies or any food sensitivities can be a real challenge.

Often, when one person has a dietary restriction the eating habits of the entire household change. It isnt enough to have food that is "gluten-free" the food should  taste good to everyone.

We have been baking from scratch, using wholesome, natural ingredients from our own gluten free pantry and making baked treats that taste great to everyone, wheat sensitive or not.
